Shipping policy
We use normal Australia Post or courier delivery services. Orders over $200 are sent registered post and you will need to sign for them. Allow up to 7 days for delivery, but we aim to deliver within 3 working days. (Add another 7 days for cheque orders.)
Shipping charges
Are automatically added during Checkout, as follows...
Orders under 5kg
1. NSW $7 per order
2. Victoria, Queensland, ACT $10
4. South Australia $13
3. Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory $16
(All per order. We occasionally need to charge extra shipping for large/remote orders. If so, we will contact you before processing the order.)
Large items, heavy or multiple packages
Large items, heavy packages or orders that require more than one box may incur further postage costs. If so we will contact you with the details of the additional postage charge before sending. These items will be shipped by courier or through our internal delivery team.
Overseas orders
Currently we only sell within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Out of stock products
We do not substitute products. We try to only display items in stock, but if an item you order becomes unavailable we will contact you before processing your order.
Returns/exchanges and warranties Returns: Return any product to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days and we will exchange it or give you a full refund, excluding your return shipping costs. Faulty/Damaged Products: We will exchange damaged products. Please inspect any orders before signing for them as signing will be taken as confirmation that the goods arrived intact. If we cannot exchange an item, we will refund the cost at our discretion.
