Why do these lightbulbs cost so much? Quite simply, because they last so much longer than the normal compact flouros you find in supermarkets. In fact they last 15,000 hours (approx 12 years - that's twice as long as our Philips bulbs), saving you money and preventing one tonne of greenhouse gas emissions over their lifetime. All bulbs are cool white (4000K).
